What data we process

We only collect what we need.

• When you contact us or book a demo we process the name, email address, and the company and message you provide.
• When you download material we process the name and email address you enter, so that we can send you the document.
• When you visit the site, some technical data such as IP address and browser type is processed in our server logs.

Why we process it

We process the data to answer your request and to get in touch, which rests on our legitimate interest and on being able to enter into an agreement with you. We send requested material on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. We process technical data to run the site securely, which rests on our legitimate interest.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as it is needed for the purpose, and then delete it. Contact requests are kept while the conversation is ongoing and for a reasonable time afterwards. Server logs are cleared on a rolling basis.

Who we share it with

We never sell your personal data. To run the business we use trusted suppliers, for example for email and for hosting the site, who process data on our behalf and under our instructions.

Cookies

The site uses only the cookies needed for it to work. We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict the processing, and to receive your data in a machine-readable format. Reach out to info@priopti.se and we will help you. If you are unhappy with how we process your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
