Sanne Blylod
Sanne is originally from Dalarna and holds a Bachelor's degree in psychology. With many years of experience from large public organizations, she has developed deep expertise in innovation, change management and business development — both in Sweden and internationally. She has also worked as a consultant, where she has consistently championed the user perspective as a critical part of every project.
Martin Polozadeh
Martin has worked in the IT industry since 1999, with experience from small companies, large organizations and the public sector. Since 2016, he has specialized in leadership, IT architecture and more recently strategic portfolio management and planning. His expertise helps create alignment between technology and business goals for greater efficiency and long-term success.
Anita Roll
Anita has run her own company for over three decades, focused on quality assurance and testing of IT systems. She subsequently chaired Företagarna Stockholm City, where she worked to create good conditions for small and medium-sized businesses to operate and grow on a sustainable foundation. Anita has also served on the board of the Swedish Better Regulation Council (NNR), advocating for simpler and more efficient regulations for businesses. Her values can be summarized in three areas: customer focus, business acumen and joy.
Jan Zetterdahl
Jan most recently served as Head of Digitalization at the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency for four years. Before that, he was IT Director at the Swedish Tax Agency for eight years. He has held senior positions in IT and digitalization in both the public sector and private industry, on the customer and supplier sides. Jan studied computer science at KTH in the 1980s. Today he works as a senior advisor and board member.
