Our CEO, Sanne, originally from Dalarna, holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. With years of experience in large government organizations, she have developed deep expertise in innovation, change management, and business development—both in Sweden and globally. She have also served as a consultant, always championing the user’s perspective as a vital element in every project.

Martin has worked in the IT industry since 1999, with experience in small businesses, large enterprises, and the public sector. Since 2016, he has specialized in leadership, IT architecture, and, more recently, strategic portfolio management and planning. His expertise helps align technology with business goals to drive efficiency and long-term success.

Anita Roll has run her own business for over three decades. The focus of that activity was to ensure quality and test IT systems. She has subsequently been chairman of Företagarna Stockholms Stad. There, she has, among other things, driven the work to create the conditions for small and medium-sized companies to operate and develop on a sound basis. Anita has also been on the board of the Näringslivets Regelnämnnd, NNR, which works for simpler and more effective rules for entrepreneurs. Anita's values ​​can be found in three areas: customer focus, business sense and joy.

Jan comes most recently from the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency, where he was head of the Digitization Department for 4 years. Before that, he was IT director at the Swedish Tax Agency for 8 years. Previous leading positions in IT and digitization both in the public sector and in business - both customer and supplier. Jan studied Computer Science at KTH during the 80s. Today, Jan works as a senior advisor and board member.
